Audit

All UK registered limited companies with an annual turnover in excess of £10.2 million must have their accounts audited by a registered auditor. Companies with a turnover below this amount may still need to have their accounts audited if the directors, shareholders or bank require this.

Having been registered auditors for many years, in 2016 we took the decision to resign our audit registration and concentrate on the other aspects of our work. This was a difficult decision but as there was so little demand for audit services amongst our clients we felt we could better serve them by doing this.

We continue to practise as Chartered Certified Accountants.
